Audit existing data, Inspect the tech stack and agree on an expected outcome.

Define

We define the problem sub-statements and set quality benchmarks for different stages of the project.

Design

Once the Algorithm is selected, we start design of the experiments, record observation, productize the model.

Deliver

Finally, we run code quality tests, do QA & load testing, and once we are satisfied, we deliver and integrate with existing systems if required.
